LAKE OSWEGO MUNICIPAL COURT Clerk’s office on first floor of City Hall, 380 A Ave., Lake Oswego, 97034, 503-635-0217. The office is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Court is in session every Wednesday beginning at 8:30 a.m. until all cases are heard. Jury trials are held on Mondays at 9 a.m. Municipal Judge Bruce Wm. Shepley, Court supervisor Fran Blake.
