OREGON DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY — Conducts emissions testing for all vehicles, beginning with 1975 models, registered within the Portland metropolitan area. There is a $21 fee for vehicles that pass the emissions testing. For information about vehicle testing, schedules and locations, call DEQ (971-673-1630) press 0 for an operator or toll free (1-877-476-0583).

call DEQ (503-229-5066). Testing stations include Sunset Clean Air Station (5130 N.W. Five Oaks Drive), N.E. Portland (7701 N.E. 33rd Drive), Clackamas (9350 S.E. Clackamas Road.), Gresham (1200 S.W. Highland Drive), Scapoose (52751 N.E. 1st St.), Sherwood (14962 S.W. Tualatin-Sherwood Road).
