CLACKAMAS COUNTY ASSESSORS AND TAX COLLECTORS DEPARTMENT — 150 Beavercreek Road, Oregon City 97045 (503-655-8671). Taxes on property may be paid in thirds or by the due date of Nov. 15. Discounts are offered according to type of payment: 3 percent for full payment and 2 percent for two-thirds if paid by Nov. 16. Taxes are delinquent for the first trimester on Nov. 17 with 1.333 percent interest per month. The second trimester installment is due by Feb. 16 and the third installment due by May 17.
